Return & Refund Policy

At Bin Tariq Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. Any item that has been used, tampered with, or damaged will not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days and credited to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes and attars are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs, if applicable, must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
